Oxfam, EU distribute fertilizers, irrigation equipment to rice farmers in Kebbi, Adamawa

Oxfam with the support of the European Union has distributed dry season farming inputs to farmers in Kebbi and Adawawa States in its bid to improve livelihoods of small holder farmers.
